So your experience is perfect, here is what you should know before arriving.
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 (noon).
A deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance is paid before or upon arrival.
A refundable security deposit of $150,000 COP is requested and returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage or missing items.
Accommodation rates include the cleaning fee.
Experiences (spa, chef, transport) and menu consumption are quoted separately.
Cancellations: rescheduling or refunds depend on how far in advance you notify us; check with your advisor.
Maximum capacity per stay as booked; additional visitors must be authorized in advance.
We protect nature and everyone's rest: quiet hours at night and respect for common areas.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations.
Any damage or loss of items is deducted from the security deposit.
